Quiche with Parsley

You will need:

  •  6 eggs I used our eggs from the farm, such delicious bright yellow yolks
  • a spring of parsley
  • one small onion
  • salt pepper
  •  1/4 cup cheddar cheese
  •  1/4 cup milk or cream
  • One pie crust

Crack all of the eggs into a bowl, and whisk them until they are smooth, then add in the milk or cream and whisk them some more

Chop the onion to add to the mixture

Chop the parsley and toss it in as well

Next add in a little less then half of the cheese to the bowl… once it is all mixed together then pour it into your pie crust..IMG_2829

Sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top

Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes, until the top becomes fully cooked and the quiche is solid…
