One Small Squash

Salt, Pepper, Olive Oil, Thyme, Sage
Slice the squash into rings, then use the cookie cutter to cut out the middle where the seeds are… then in a bowl, toss them with the salt, pepper, oil, and herbs…..
Lay them flat on a cookie sheet and bake them for bout 30 minutes until they are soft, and slightly colored…
